Discounts

AAWC Discounts: AAWC offers members a 20% savings on registration to SAWC Fall 2017. You will need your member ID to register. If you are not a member, visit aawconline.org for AAWC member benefits, even beyond SAWC.

SAWC Student Discount Policy: A student discount will be offered if the registration is done by mail with confirmation from a faculty mentor submitted along with the registration form. Student discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, including membership discounts. The student discount is $100 off of the main conference rate of a non-member.

Group Discounts: For group discounts of 3 or more people, please contact Sheila Donato at (800) 237-7285 ext. 4233.

Active Duty Military Discounts: Military Service is limited to active duty in one of the U.S. armed forces: Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines. The definition does not include service employees, members of the reserves, or others not in active service. To receive this discount, you must register by calling (800) 213-0015​.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in writing and postmarked by September 6, 2017. Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by September 6, 2017. No refunds will be issued after September 6, 2017. If you do not cancel and do not attend the meeting, you are still responsible for full payment. Hotel and transportation reservation cancellations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, airline, and/or other company. 

Payments made may not be applied toward tuition for future SAWC conferences, nor other meetings or products offered by NACCME.

No refunds are offered for classes which may be suspended or shortened due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond HMP Communications’ control.
