Online Registration
Register and Book Your Hotel Online NowRegistering for the SAWC/WHS online is fast, easy, and the simplest way to register for the 2008 symposium. First, registrants are asked to submit some personal information including name, degree, facility, and contact information. When this process is finished, attendees do not need to worry about how they will receive their CME/CE credits; we will automatically mail you all the information you need.
Next, registrants are asked to choose their billing preferences and then asked to select which sessions they are interested in. Don't worry, if you're not sure what sessions you want to attend, you can always change your preferences later. This gives us an idea of what sessions will need larger room sizes. During the main conference, attendees can attend whichever sessions they like, even if it wasn't what they selected when they registered.
To make it even easier, registrants can select an educational track. This way, attendees they know that every session they'll be at deals with his or her specialty. To view this year's educational track, click here.
Once a participant is registered, he or she will receive SAWC/WHS updates via email. This way, when new information is posted online exhibit hall floorplans, satellite sessions, updated abstracts attendees will be the first to know.
Mail/Fax Registration
If you prefer, registration can be performed by filling out the registration forms included in the attendee brochure. The brochure is mailed in early 2008, and if you would like to be included on the mailing list, click here.
This registration process may be better suited for those attendees and facilities wanting to pay by check or money order.
On-Site Registration
On-site registration is available the day before the 2008 SAWC/WHS begins and each day the conference is in session. Attendees can choose to register for single day passes if they do not wish to register for the entire course.
Please note that educational credits are only offered for the sessions attendees participate in. If a registrant leaves early or arrives late, their educational credits will be pro-rated to reflect that.
