The use of bilayered cell therapy* over exposed tendon James De Meo, DPM The bi-layered cell therapy* (Apligraf) contains multiple growth factors that are expressed in normal human skin, and it also provides cytokines and a protein matrix. A 44 feamle who under went ORIF for a ankle fracture / dislcoation presented 3 weeks staus-post with a medial wound dehissance with tendon exposed.
